Rob has built his mechanical and technology control systems expertise on more than 39 years of industry training and experience. He began his career with Piccadilly Company, The Kroger Company and SM Lawrence where he held positions as technician, foreman, general foreman, superintendent. In 2006, he purchased Southern Coaches, Inc., which he managed until Cline acquired the firm in 2011. He was Director of Operations in charge of Cline Tours Little Rock division. Responsible for the division’s overall management, he oversaw a staff of twenty-six various operations personnel. He went to Walker J Walker an EMCOR Company in 2013 as an Account Manager and MSS Solutions in 2016 as an Executive Account Manager. He is the founder of Specialty Parts LLC in 2019 which he owns and manages today. In 1993, Rob completed the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RESE) program at Memphis State then in 1994 he completed ESCO Institute certification. His further training includes courses from Liebert Network Power and Panasonic Systems, and OSHA 10 and Smart Mark Safety courses completed at his Union Local 614, Computer Process Controls, Emerson Climate Controls and various management and leadership classes through Chamber of Commerce.

Licensed since 1989, Rob has been a certified value-added reseller (VAR) of: the heating and air conditioning industry, automation building environment controls (BEC) and refrigeration environment controls (REC) and (BAS) building automation systems for central office installations. Rob is a member of United Association Union, ASHRAE, ASHE. He is also involved with TU (Trout Unlimited) and FFF (Fly-Fishers Federation) and the FedEx St Jude Charitable Golf Classic, His charities include St Jude’s Research Hospital, Oxfam America, American Heart Association, Blood Water, Red Cross and Salvation Army, Alzheimer Association. Personal: Rob enjoys spending time with his family, pets, traveling and Fly- fishing and exercising. Rob also enjoys Hunting and Fishing throughout the United States and serves on several boards to help preserve conservation and promote the industries within the Hunting and Fishing communities.
